Piloting of Shuttle modules in ASM Pune and Manav Rachna University in Delhi 16-24.01.2026

From 16 to 24 January 2026, Ms. Anna Opałka, Head of the External Relations Office at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, carried out a teaching and training visit to India at the invitation of the partner institution ASM Institute in Pune. Alongside participation in the conference programme, an extensive teaching programme was implemented.

Ms. Anna Opałka delivered a total of 10 lecture sessions for students from ASM Institute across several programmes, including IBMR, Next Gen Study Programme, PGDM-IBMR, MBA Premium, IIBR, and CSIT. The sessions focused on Global Management and covered topics such as leadership skills and self-leadership, time management, communication in global organisations, intercultural communication, international marketing, and elements of Polish culture and business practices within the European Union.

An important objective of the visit was the piloting of selected modules developed within the SHUTTLE project. Approximately 100 participants took part in the pilot activities. The modules “Self-Leadership” and “Cultural Leadership” were tested with students from different educational backgrounds and study programmes. During the sessions, the objectives of the SHUTTLE project, its methodology, and the principles of the Shuttle Framework were presented. Participants were introduced to the project’s focus on inclusive learning environments, AI-assisted pedagogies, transformational leadership, and the development of transversal skills.

The visit created an opportunity to gather valuable feedback from both partner representatives and students regarding the relevance and applicability of the modules in an international and multicultural context. Consultations focused on the suitability of the content, the level of student engagement, and the extent to which the modules addressed current needs in higher education.

The feedback collected during the visit is particularly important for the SHUTTLE consortium, as it will contribute to further refinement of the project modules, teaching materials, and pedagogical framework. It also provided an opportunity to validate selected concepts with a large and diverse learner group outside Europe, strengthening the international dimension of the project and confirming the broader applicability of the SHUTTLE approach across different educational and cultural settings.

On 18–19 January 2026, Ms. Anna Opałka also visited Delhi/Faridabad, where a study visit to Manav Rachna University was organised. The programme included meetings with university authorities, faculty deans, and representatives of the International Office, including Prof. Dr Meena Kapahi, Director of International Affairs and Collaborations. During the visit, Ms. Anna Opałka also delivered lectures for students and explored the university’s teaching facilities, including the infrastructure of the Faculty of Health and Sports. The visit also supported the wider dissemination of the SHUTTLE project and opened new possibilities for future collaboration, pilot testing, and exchange of good practices relevant to the consortium’s objectives.
