Virtual Inclusive Leadership 5.0 SHUTTLE Workshop

Virtual Inclusive Leadership 5.0 SHUTTLE Workshop

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Virtual Inclusive Leadership 5.0 Workshop, organized within the international SHUTTLE Project. This interactive online session is designed to bring together academic staff, students, and stakeholders interested in shaping the future of inclusive and human-centered higher education.

Workshop Focus: Phase 1 – The Deep Dive
As part of the transition towards Education 5.0, this workshop aims to move beyond surface-level diversity initiatives and explore how true systemic inclusion can be achieved in higher education institutions. We invite you to contribute your insights and experiences to help co-create the foundations of innovative Open Educational Resources (OERs).

Your Task: Mapping Signals & Frictions

Participants are asked to contribute to a collaborative Padlet board by identifying:

  • Signals of Inclusion – examples of what works well and should be amplified
  • Points of Friction – barriers, challenges, or gaps in current systems

 Please add at least:

  • one Signal of Inclusion
  • one Point of Friction

Deadline for contributions: 13 April 2026

All contributions will be analysed and transformed into a joint report:
“Feeling the Inclusion Pulse: Insights from the Workshop Participants”
This document will provide a strategic overview of the current state of inclusion in higher education and highlight key areas for development towards Education 5.0.
The report will be shared with participants by 20 April 2026, together with information about the next phase of the workshop.
